Why is my poop so light in color?
For two days I had diarrhea and ate very little (Mostly fruit, yogurt, and other sweet stuff). But after taking a few Imodium tablets I seem to be better today. I hadn't had a bowel movement this morning, most likely because I had not eaten since my last one the night before. But I took one just a few minutes ago and was relieved to find it solid, but surprised to see it was an abnormally light beige color.
Why is it this color?
